由于ONTAPI服务不可用、AIQUM无法添加ONTAP集群

适用场景

• Active IQ Unified Manager (AIQUM) 9.14.
• ONTAP 9.14及更高版本
• 满足以下任一条件：
  • 已在ONTAP集群上禁用ONTAPI服务
  • 监控帐户没有ONTAPI应用程序功能

问题描述

• 虽然将ONTAP集群添加到AIQUM失败、但 AIQUM 9.14与ONTAP 9.14或更高版本结合使用时可以使用REST API监控集群、但出现错误
  • 已在ONTAP集群上禁用ONTAPI服务
    Unexpected HTTP response code received for net-interface-get-iter from <hostname or ip>: 404
  • 监控帐户没有ONTAPI应用程序功能
    Authentication to Storage System <Hostname or IP> as user <account used to add the cluster> failed. Response code:401
• AIQUM server_acq.log 指示错误：

ONTAPI has been proactively suspended on this cluster due to inactivity as this feature is deprecated. Use the "system services web ontapi modify" CLI command to un-suspend ONTAPI. (errno=61253) (errno=0)
