无法在禁用Ontui服务的情况下添加集群、或者无法在Active Unified Manager中添加缺少Ontui应用程序的集群

  • Active IQ Unified Manager 9.14.
  • ONTAP 9.14及更高版本

问题描述

  • Active IQ Unified Manager 9.14与ONTAP 9.14或更高版本结合使用时、可以使用REST来监控集群。
  • 尽管支持通过REST监控集群、但如果存在任何一种情况、则无法添加集群。
    • 已禁用Ontui服务。
      • Unexpected HTTP response code received for net-interface-get-iter from <hostname or ip>: 404
    • 用于监控的帐户未分配Ontui应用程序。
      • Authentication to Storage System <Hostname or IP> as user <account used to add the cluster> failed. Response code:401
  • 从server_Acq.log我们可以看到以下错误：
    • ONTAPI has been proactively suspended on this cluster due to inactivity as this feature is deprecated. Use the "system services web ontapi modify" CLI command to un-suspend ONTAPI. (errno=61253) (errno=0)
