NetApp Active IQ 管理服务器服务无法在Windows平台上启动

问题描述

• 在适用于Windows的Active IQ Unified Manager 9.11+中启动NetApp Active IQ 管理服务器服务时、该服务无法启动。在C:\ProgramData\NetApp\OnCommandAppData\ocie\log\server.log 出现以下错误时查看server.log：

Caused by: java.sql.SQLNonTransientConnectionException: Could not connect to address=(host=localhost)(port=3306)(type=master) : Client does not support authentication protocol requested by server. plugin type was = 'caching_sha2_password'

• 在MySQL中运行以下查询会显示jboss用户已设置为使用 caching_sha2_password 身份验证协议插件：
