问题描述
在 Windows 上将 Active IQ Unified Manager (AIQUM) 从版本 9.14 升级到 9.16P2 期间,AIQUM 服务器重新启动,导致升级失败,应用程序无法访问。症状包括
- AIQUM GUI 升级后无法访问,或仍显示"未运行"状态的旧版本 (9.14)
- AIQUM 服务 (ocie-au, oncommandsvc) 处于"已停止"或"正在停止"状态,无法启动
- MySQL 成功升级到 8.4,但 AIQUM 应用程序文件已损坏
- 日志输出显示错误,例如:
