Unified Manager 应生成 " 聚合空间已满" 事件，但不一定生成 " 卷空间已满 " 事件。

Unified Manager 仅会考虑卷利用率与卷 大小。如果卷大小或卷利用率未更改，则不会生成事件。

monitor.volume.nearlyFull 如果卷所属的聚合已满，则可能会为卷生成 ONTAP EMS 。

这是基于这样一个事实：如果在聚合中没有剩余空间，因此精简配置卷没有更多空间可占用，但 Unified Manager 不会考虑这一点。
