问题描述

  • AIQUM 频繁无响应
  • 重新启动服务器可暂时修复此问题,但会再次进入挂起状态
  • 从 maintenance_console/GUI 生成 AutoSupport 失败
  • server_mega.log 中可能出现的错误:

ERROR [default task-29] c.n.s.s.a.EmsPostServlet (EmsPostServlet.java:139) - EMS message is malformed; : javax.xml.bind.UnmarshalException
 - with linked exception:
[java.io.IOException: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine]
 at com.sun.xml.bind@2.3.3-b02-jbossorg-2//com.sun.xml.bind.v2.runtime.unmarshaller.UnmarshallerImpl.unmarshal0(UnmarshallerImpl.java:231)
