環境

  • ActiveIQ Unified Manager（AIQUM）9.6以降
  • Vscanサーバ/ AVサーバ（Trend Micro / McAffeeなど）
  • EMSアラート

問題

  • AIQUMは、AVサーバがリブートされるたびにAVサーバのアラートをスローします。
  • アラートの詳細：
Risk      - No AV Server Registered
Impact Area  - Availability
Severity    - Error
State     - New
Source     - <SVM>
Cluster Name  - <Cluster>
Cluster FQDN - <Cluster IP>
Trigger Condition - Nblade.vscanNoRegdScanner: For Vserver "<SVM_Name>", AV Connector running on the AV server "<AV_server_IP>" does not have a registered scan-engine to it.
 
  • アラートが廃止状態になっても、手動で解決済みとマークされるまでそのままになることがある
  • クラスタを取得しても問題なし
