服务器证书重置后，AIQUM 仪表板不可用

问题
- AIQUM 仪表板为空或显示：
Cluster discovery failed. Rediscover the cluster after resolving the issue.- HTTPS 证书管理页面显示：
'root' access is required to manage certificates. 'sudo' may not be enabled on this system.
- 从 OVA 维护控制台重置证书后，OCIE 和 OCIEAU 服务无法启动；只有 MySQL 仍在运行。
- AIQUM 证书 CLI 命令“
dfm ssl server detail”返回：
Provided value not encoded in Privacy Enhanced Mail (PEM) format.- 手动“keytool -list”报告证书解析错误。
- 无法从 AIQUM GUI 进行集群轮询、监控和管理。
