在Linux或OVA上成功收集AIQUM 9.12的数据时、集群运行状态为"失败"

问题描述

  • 升级到AIQUM 9.12或全新安装后、集群设置页面会将集群的操作状态显示为"失败"
  • 在中 ocumserver.log 为集群找到错误:
    • 2023-03-13 00:08:42,701 ERROR [oncommand] [collection-completion-sync-3] [c.n.d.c.l.security.TrustManagerUtil] Specified Alias: cluster_name_or_IP-1 does not exists in the truststore
         Line   157: 2023-03-13 00:08:44,136 ERROR [oncommand] [reconciliation-3] [cluster_name_or_IP(incremental@00:08:39.600)] [c.n.dfm.collector.OcieJmsListener] Inventory change listener error

AIQUM 9.12集群运行状态为failed
