问题描述

Active IQ Unified Manager (AIQUM) API call [snapshot-get-location] does not return the desired output to Commvault software, making it unable to discover the snapshots transferred to the destination volume
auxcopy jobs in Commvault: [Error occurred while retrieving secondary backup locations for newly created snapshots for Dataset id] / [Failed to get backup location]
With the failure of API, no details about the transferred snapshots are returned to Commvault due to which the backup operation fails
