问题描述

  • AIQUM从9.11x升级到9.12x或9.13x失败、并显示以下错误消息:
    The wizard was interrupted before ActiveIQ Unified Manager could be completely installed.
  • 要查看的日志 netapp_um_install.log 位于 C:\Users\<Account used for install>\AppData\Local\Temp\
    • 错误消息:

TIME: XX:XX:XX INFO Custom Install Log:
output of checkSumFile.log in <Install dir>\NetApp\OnCommandAppData\ocum\log is =False. Aborting Installation as file is tampered. Please refer checksumOperations.log for more details.
InstallShield XX:XX:XX: Setup aborted

  • checksumOperations.log 显示以下错误消息:

MD5 is not matching for ..\..\essentials\bin\replay\lib\log4j-core.jar file
XX/XX/XXXX XX:XX:XX PM : [] : code = 5
XX/XX/XXXX XX:XX:XX PM : [] : Verfication of checksum failed.
