  3. 客户承认,硬件或软件的搬迁可能导致支持服务范围缩小和价格上涨
  4. NetApp 将逐案通知客户
  5. 如果客户未能按照上述要求通知 NetApp 硬件或软件的搬迁,NetApp 可自行决定拒绝提供支持服务
  6. 如果搬迁后支持服务价格上涨,客户将立即支付相关的增加费用,退回存储介质。
  7. 除非 NetApp 书面同意,否则客户对退回存储介质负全部责任
