常见问题:运行状况检查和受管升级服务
我有权对每个系统进行多少次运行状况检查?     每个系统有权在每个合同年度进行四次运行状况检查。
我有权为每个系统升级多少个受管升级?     每个系统有权在每个合同年度进行两次升级。
如何申请托管升级服务?     授权客户可以联系其SupportEdge Expert 代表来申请服务。
如何提供管理升级服务?     服务由NetApp工程师远程交付。
升级过程中是否需要我在场?     是远程交付团队将使用缩放远程会话进行远程连接。您仍然需要在场、才能让NetApp工程师进入要升级的系统。
