Could not establish the connection to the host <hostname>This could be because the target host is down or Snapmanager for Hyper-V webservice is not started on the target host.- 主机已启动且
SnapManager for Hyper-V WebService正在运行（在目标主机上），但是在 SMHV 备份服务器上针对有问题的主机运行的 'Get-SMHVHost' cmdlet 返回的状态为关闭（对于由同一 SMHV 备份服务器备份的其他 Hyper-V 主机，状态显示为启动）：
