备份 O365Groups 或归档邮箱失败，并显示错误：
“Failed to connect to Exchange Server - The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.”
 
EWS Failure from LoadItemsViaSoapAPK's call此错误可能会在详细报告中同时显示消息 " " 。
 
私有组也可能失败，并显示错误 "Something went wrong. Please contact NetApp support"
