WFA 安装或升级失败、并显示无法启动服务器服务的消息

问题

WFA 安装或升级到 5.x 失败、并显示 WFA 服务器服务无法启动的错误。安装中的控制台日志显示 pinglocalhost 失败。
 
安装日志位于 /var/log/wfa.
 
install.log
Apr 10 15:38:43:  Finished installing rpm package.
Apr 10 15:38:43:  Starting WFA services ...
Apr 10 15:38:43:  Starting WFA server service. This may take few minutes ...
Apr 10 15:38:56:  Could not start WFA server service successfully.
Apr 10 15:38:56:  Exiting installation...
 
控制台日志
Total number of wars : 4
Parameters of pingng jboss are host=localhost, port=443 and timeout=50.
Could not ping host machine on wfa port 443. JBOSS startup failed during wfa-server service startup.
