WFA信息板错误"由于目标计算机主动拒绝、无法建立连接"

OnCommand Workflow Automation (WFA) 5.1.1

问题描述

升级到版本5.1.1后、为WFA创建的自定义信息板无法正常工作

已成功使用localhost telnet至端口3306。
 
使用自己的IP telnet至端口3306失败、并显示错误"No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused"
