即使在还原 'SystemManager.Config' 文件之后也无法启动 OnCommand System Manager

问题

OnCommand System Manager （ OCSM ）无法启动。SystemManager.config按照 OnCommand System Manager 3.1.1 发行说明中所述的过程还原文件不能解决问题。

从 OnCommand System Manger 2.2 升级到 3.1 时以及尝试启动 System Manager 时，会显示以下错误信息：
Unable to load the storage systems as the OnCommand System Manager configuration file is corrupted. Unable to add hosts when the System Manger loads.
