解决方法

此AutoSupport 由远程LAN模块(RLM)生成、可能是具有RLM或存储控制器的问题描述。要解决此问题描述 、应在初始故障排除期间执行以下步骤。如果未使用以下操作计划确定发生原因 、请联系 NetApp技术支持 以获得进一步帮助。 

执行以下操作:

  1. 尝试通过RLM或SP连接到设备。
  2. 查看RLM/SP AutoSupport 搜索可能指示设备无法启动原因的错误。
  3. 如果正在进行维护、请查看上一会话的日志、了解CFE失败的原因。
  4. 尝试手动启动Data ONTAP。
  5. 如果似乎存在具有RLM/SP的问题描述 或此电子邮件消息是在没有发生原因 的情况下生成的、请连接到RLM/SP命令行界面(记录输出)、运行以下命令并联系 NetApp技术支持 以获得进一步帮助:
