无法加载 BMC Web UI，出现 500 - 内部服务器错误

问题

BMC UI 变得无法访问，抛出 HTTP/1.1 500 - Internal Server Error。

尽管从节点 shell/cli 运行 sudo ipmitool mc reset cold，此问题仍会重复发生。
