SnapVault 备份在重启 AltaVault 设备后无法正常工作

问题

  • ONTAP 集群和 AltaVault 已因电力维护活动被正常关闭,但在重启后,SnapVault 备份停止工作。
  • 在 AltaVault GUI 的主页中,位于‘cloud information’下,status 显示为‘not connected’。
  • SnapMirror Service’部分在主页上完全没有显示。
  • 在 ONTAP 上运行 snapmirror show -fields last-transfer-error’时,CLI 显示错误: Failed to establish connection with remote endpoint "xxx.xxx.xxx.xx". 该端点是 AltaVault 数据接口,并且从 ONTAP 到此 IP 的 ping 也失败。
