问题

在使用 NetApp Console Agent 对 Azure 中的 Cloud Volumes ONTAP (CVO) HA 对进行预定或手动开机后，一个虚拟机（节点）会立即启动，但第二个虚拟机要到 20–25 分钟后才会启动。在此延迟期间，ONTAP 报告严重的 HA 警报：

CLTFLT: HA Group Notification from <node>-01 (PARTNER DOWN, TAKEOVER IMPOSSIBLE) EMERGENCY
日志输出：

BlueXP/Connector 日志将第一个虚拟机的状态显示为“in progress”较长时间，延迟了第二个虚拟机的启动。
