问题
在计划的 CVO 升级期间，在节点接管（作为升级的一部分）之后，每个节点上的聚合进入降级状态并开始丛重新同步操作：
Error:Failed to upgrade the ONTAP with status: paused_on_error原因
- 升级过程中 AWS EBS/GCP 卷上的后端存储延迟
- CVO 检测到设备延迟超过 25,000 微秒阈值，导致磁盘被暂时标记为失败或丢失
- 这触发了聚合降级状态和丛重新同步，进而暂停升级，直到重新同步完成
