由于删除数据SVM后无法完成交还、CVO HA集群状态已降级

问题描述
- 新Azure CVO HA状态在BlueXP Canvas中标记为已降级、并显示错误：
CVO HA cluster is not highly available: The node giveback was not completed.
- 检查storage Failover show-交还 状态后、将返回以下错误：
CFO Aggregates Done
aggr1 Failed: destination cannot receive the
aggregate. Check failed by fabric pools.
Check the event log
- BlueXP 在CVO部署(
svm_<clustername>)期间创建的默认数据SVM已被手动删除，并替换为使用System Manager创建的新数据SVM (不支持的操作)
