问题
- Azure 维护后，CVO 虚拟机无法启动；虽然 Azure 端重新启动有时可能会解决此问题，但并不始终有效。
- 控制台引导日志中显示以下错误或类似错误：

Unable to retrieve azure Instance meta-data (instance/compute/name)
