数字钱包显示 1 个节点 BYOL 许可证的容量，而不是 2 个

CVO 已移至其他 BlueXP 帐户，额外的节点 BYOL 许可证已作为系统许可证而非容量许可证添加。这导致出现不一致，许可证所有者在 CVO 中被设置为 none。

1.让工程团队从之前发现 CVO 的旧 BlueXP 帐户中删除后端条目。

2.使用命令 system license clean-up -n -unused -expired验证未使用的许可证，并使用 system license clean-up -unused将其删除。

3.使用 Add Capacity License 选项，将许可证重新添加到 BlueXP 数字钱包中的 CVO。
