Connector 容器未在 podman 中运行且出现连接错误

NetApp BlueXP ConnectorLinux 使用具有代理配置和 TLS 检查的 podman runtimeEnvironments 的连接器 Linux 主机（需要 CA 证书）

问题

  • 执行 podman ps 时未显示正在运行的容器
  • 执行 podman ps -a 时存在已停止的容器
  • BlueXP Connector 服务（netapp-service-manager.service）报告以下错误：
    • connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:8777
    • connect ETIMEDOUT <external IP>:443
    • self signed certificate in certificate chain
    • No container found for podman runtime
    到外部 IP（端口 443）的网络连接保持在 SYN_SENT 状态
  • 访问 BlueXP 控制台（https://<IP>）会导致 ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
  • 配置了代理的环境，其中到 cloudmanager.cloud.netapp.com 的流量未通过代理一致路由
