BlueXP 无法在画布中加载CVO工作环境、并显示"服务器错误"

问题描述
- 切换连接器时出现BlueXP 图形用户界面错误：
The tab or service has unexpectedly crashed.
Error printed to console.
If the error recurs please contact Support.
- 由BlueXP Connector管理的CVO在Canvas with中显示为出现故障
"Server error" - 尝试访问帮助(?)时>支持> BlueXP 连接器页面中、则无法加载并返回以下错误：
"Failed To get configuration: Server Fault"
"Failed to Fetch existing support schedule configuration: Server Fault"
"Failed to fetch existing support configuration: Server Fault"
