CVO工作环境间歇性地在Canvas上显示故障、并显示故障消息：

Cloud Manager cannot communicate with Cloud Volumes ONTAP because there is no connectivity or because the Cloud Volumes ONTAP system is not available.

尝试在这种状态下访问工作环境会显示：
