在 NIC 断开的情况下，串行控制台上出现 "Entering FM state ： 5" 错误， Azure CVO 节点脱机

问题描述

重新启动后， CVO 节点将变为不可用。如果您登录到串行控制台或查看串行日志，则会多次发现以下消息：

Entering FM state:5 because mbFound:0 local in headswap:0
