添加要由工作负载安全性监控的SVM时、监控失败、并在UI中显示以下错误：

Failed to determine ONTAP type for [hostname: xx.xx.xx.xx]. Reason: Connection error to Storage System xx.xx.xx.xx: Connection refused (Connection refused)
