切换/故障转移回后、两个数据收集器(源SVM和目标SVM) 的状态均为‘error’(错误)
代理日志(xxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxx1 DC1、 xxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxx2 DC1-MCC)：
