由于代理问题，无法在 Cloud Insight 中安装采集单元

问题描述

由于代理凭据中出现特殊字符，在 Cloud Insight 中安装采集单元失败。

采集单元会使用代理设置添加到 NetApp Cloud Insights 中，但在启动采集服务时会出现以下错误。
