问题描述

更新集群证书后、对集群的Cloud Insights或OnCommand Insight监控失败。

Cloud Insights UI中的错误：

Error retrieving data: Failed to execute request: Failed to parse server certificates: cluster-identity-get|||

OnCommand Insight UI中的错误：

Internal error: No cluster model exists.

查看Cloud Insights采集单元上的录制文件时：

/opt/netapp/cloudinsights/logs/acq/v2_93_<datasource id>_<date>_<time>_foundation_<cluster_name_or_ip>.zip/root/log_sample.log
