问题描述

  • 客户对多个区域的所有集群执行CVO升级、并在维护期间暂停Cloud Insight (CI)警报通知
  • 完成维护后、系统将恢复警报通知、发生原因CI将向客户发出400多条"已解决"警报
  • 由于在CI中配置了警报以发送到第三方服务单系统,因此,对于在维护事件期间触发的已 自行解决的警报,系统会创建400多个虚假警报服务单
