问题描述

  • 自动升级后、Cloud Insights 工作负载安全代理服务无法启动。 
  • 查看 /opt/netapp/cloudsecure/agent-logs/agent.log 后发现错误：
    2023-04-07T13:07:30,108 [INFO] [nnnn-nnnn-nnnn-nnnn-nnnnn] [yyyy-yyyyy-yyyy-yyyy-yyyyyy] [agent-ActorSystemImpl] - Cloudsecure agent is starting..
    2023-04-07T13:07:30,170 [ERROR] [nnnn-nnnn-nnnn-nnnn-nnnnn] [yyyy-yyyyy-yyyy-yyyy-yyyyyy] [agent-ActorSystemImpl] - Failed to configure agent. Reason: Unable to find the expiry of the agent keystore. Error:keystore password was incorrect
