问题描述

各种Cloud Manager功能间歇性出现故障。时间线和/或Cloud Manager Server日志中会显示指向API限制的错误消息。

示例消息：

An error occurred while discovering HA working environments: The operation failed due to an API throttling error from Microsoft Azure. Either your subscription or the Azure region exceeded the maximum allowed API request rate. Wait a few minutes and then try again
