问题描述
即使经过自动关闭时间、在Azure上部署的Cloud Volume ONTAP 也无法启动、并且时间线中出现以下错误。
Error:The scope '/subscriptions/<id>/resourceGroups/<rg-name>/providers/Microsoft.Compute/virtualMachines/<VM-name>' cannot perform write operation because following scope(s) are locked: '/subscriptions/<id>/resourcegroups/<rg-name>'. Please remove the lock and try again. Code: ScopeLocked
