Cloud Volumes ONTAP 升级失败、显示为未注册、但序列号已注册为支持

问题描述

使用NSS帐户的现有用户尝试从BlueXP升级工作环境通知时



、将显示以下错误:

The Cloud Volumes ONTAP system has not been registered with NetApp. You must register the system before you can proceed to the upgrade.


但是、在"Support"选项下、我们可以看到:

  • 序列号显示为Registered for Support。
  • 凭据将显示为"活动"状态。
