Trident 永久性卷部署已减慢， POD 部署失败

适用场景

• Trident 20.01 ， 20.07 （ * ）
• Kubernetes 18.3.
• CSI 1.2.0 ， 1.3.0 或更高版本

问题描述

卷部署速度已降至新 Pod 无法及时联机的水平：
"Unable to attach or mount volumes for pod ..." 和 "timed out waiting for the condition"

尝试升级到 20.07 时出现更多错误：
""ERRO Trident REST interface was not available after 180.00 seconds.

或者，多个 Pod 处于 "Pending" 状态，并且尚未挂载 PVC ，并显示错误：

Failed to create volume pvc-<UUID> on storage pool <AGGR_NAME> from backend <BACKEND>:
 backend cannot satisfy create request for volume <PREFIX>_pvc_<UUID>
