Trident 自动卷扩展未按预期为 PVC 触发

问题

配置为使用 Trident 的自动卷扩展（Autogrow）的持久卷声明（PVC）在达到使用阈值时不会按预期扩展。 

当写入大于 PVC 大小的文件时（例如，将 2GB 写入 1GB PVC），操作会失败 No space left on device。PVC 可能只有在故障后才会扩展，或者根本不会扩展。
