问题描述

升级到 Trident 21.10 后，如果后端使用 PVC ，则 Kubenetes 会与 Trident 一起不断创建同一个卷（名称），并反复删除该卷，原因是出现以下错误消息：
encountered error(s) in creating the volume: [Failed to create volume pvc-<UUID> on storage pool <STORAGE_POOL> from backend <BACKEND>: could not find volume with name <PREFIX_>pvc_<UNDERSCORED_UUID>].
 
如果此操作持续时间过长，则故障将更改为 ""Too many volumes。
