问题描述

迁移SVM后、无法创建新的PV、并显示错误：
 
Normal Provisioning 21s (x3 over 29s) csi.trident.netapp.io_trident-csi External provisioner is provisioning volume for claim "default/test-storage"
Normal ProvisioningFailed 21s (x3 over 29s) csi.trident.netapp.io no available backends for storage class app
Warning ProvisioningFailed 21s (x3 over 29s) csi.trident.netapp.io_trident-csi failed to provision volume with StorageClass "Trident": rpc error: code = Unknown desc = no available backends for storage class app
Normal ExternalProvisioning 7s (x3 over 29s) persistentvolume-controller waiting for a volume to be created, either by external provisioner "csi.trident.netapp.io" or manually created by system administrator
