在无交换机 A300/FAS8200 到 A400/FAS8300 机头升级期间，无法将集群置于仲裁状态

问题描述

• 在安装了第一个AFF A400/FAS 8300并将其连接到旧的AFF A300/FAS 8200节点(使用ARL操作步骤)或两个新节点均已就位(移动存储时使用中断操作步骤)后、无法将集群置于仲裁状态
  • 对于ARL操作步骤 、此步骤对应 于加入仲裁时的步骤3
  • 对于移动存储/中断操作步骤 、此步骤对应 于安装新节点后的最后一步
• 集群LIF保持脱机状态
• 节点报告集群应用程序未启动：
