适用场景

  • ONTAP 9
  • Cisco Nexus集群交换机

问题描述

  • 从 一个节点的集群lf Ping到 另一节点的集群lf时、Ping数据包被丢弃、并且事件日志中显示以下警报:

[Node1: vifmgr: vifmgr.cluscheck.ctdpktloss:alert]: Continued packet loss when pinging from cluster lif Node1_clus2 (node Node1) to cluster lif Node2_clus2 (node Node2)

[Node3: vifmgr: vifmgr.cluscheck.ctdpktloss:alert]: Continued packet loss when pinging from cluster lif Node3_clus1 (node Node3) to cluster lif Node4_clus2 (node Node4)

  • 因此、集群网络降级、并报告以下事件:

[Node1: vifmgr: callhome.clus.net.degraded:alert]: Call home for CLUSTER NETWORK DEGRADED: Large MTU Packet Loss - Ping failures detected between Node1_clus1 ( 169.254.XXX.XXX ) on Node1 and Node2_clus1 ( 169.254.XXX.XX ) on Node2

  • 节点上的所有集群端口均配置了9000 MTU:

Cluster::> network port show

Node: Node1
                          Speed(Mbps) Health
Port    IPspace    Broadcast Domain Link MTU  Admin/Oper  Status
--------- ------------ ---------------- ---- ---- ----------- --------
e0a     Cluster    Cluster      up  9000  auto/10000 healthy
e0b     Cluster    Cluster      up  9000  auto/10000 healthy

Node: node2
                          Speed(Mbps) Health
Port    IPspace    Broadcast Domain Link MTU  Admin/Oper  Status
--------- ------------ ---------------- ---- ---- ----------- --------
e0a     Cluster    Cluster      up  9000  auto/10000 healthy
e0b     Cluster    Cluster      up  9000  auto/10000 healthy
