切换自动重新启动，但许多 NTP 查询失败，导致重新启动
 
示例：
errdump -a
WARNING,  NTP Query failed: 255.
CHASSIS, CRITICAL, haReboot is automatically triggered for warm recovery from OOM.
CRITICAL, Rebooting the system for recovery - auto-reboot is enabled.
CHASSIS, INFO, First failure data capture (FFDC) event occurred.
CHASSIS, INFO, Processor rebooted - Reset.
