所有客户都必须向 Cisco 注册才能获得支持

  1. 创建 cisco.com 帐户（ CCOID ）
  2. 将 Cisco.com 帐户（ CCOID ）与 Smart Net Total Care 合同关联
  3. 注册 Cisco Smart Net Total Care 门户访问
