根据 error disabled show int brief 日志，交换机端口处于状态，并且 ITW 在下为交换机端口生成错误 show interface counters：

可以执行以下步骤进一步隔离问题描述：

重新拔插存储和交换机端口上的电缆/SFP。
执行端到端电缆测试(包括配线板)，如果电缆有故障，请更换电缆。
如果缆线没有故障、请先更换交换机端的SFP、因为Tx电源为NA。

注：要隔离交换机端口不是问题描述电缆、可将其移至交换机端的未使用/空闲端口、并查看链路是否正常工作。

如果问题描述仍然存在，则在这种情况下将更换存储端SFP。
