问题描述

• EMS.log 错误: 
  splog.warnings: Could not retrieve logs from the SP for 24 hours: splogd is running in degraded mode and having difficulty getting splogs from the SP FW
• BMC/SP使用的是最新的固件版本 
• 重新启动BMC/SPcluster::> system service-processor reboot-sp -node <nodename>不会解析问题描述
• 此外、EMS.log可能还会在以下方面出错： 
  • spmgmt.driver.timeout: Unable to update SP network information at this time 或-
  • sysconfig -a BMC或SP的输出标记为unknown：
