无法访问SP/BMC、并显示错误：此时无法更新SP网络信息

问题描述

• 无法通过SSH访问SP/BMC。
• SP/BMC IP地址无法执行pingable。
• 事件日志中会报告以下事件：

splog.warnings: Could not retrieve logs from the SP for 24 hours: splogd is running in degraded mode and having difficulty getting splogs from the SP FW

[Node-1: rlm_hbtrcv_non_blocking: spmgmt.driver.timeout:error]: The software driver for the Service Processor (SP) detected a problem: Unable to update SP network information at this time.

• sysconfig -a BMC或SP的输出标记为 unknown：
