控制器重新启动(启动每日开始(SOD)过程)后、驱动器报告无响应。这意味着驱动器不响应命令。

验证

  1. 登录到SANtricity 存储管理器或SANtricity 系统管理器
  2. 从硬件页面验证磁盘是否显示为故障或未知

解决方法

  • 请联系 NetApp技术支持 、因为这需要更换驱动器
  • 如果启用了AutoSupport 、则此事件应已创建技术支持案例
